In line with the Group’s global strategy and overall business development plan, and to serve global clients more efficiently while enhancing brand recognition and synergies, Dynasty Holdings is pleased to announce that two of its subsidiaries have officially changed their names with immediate effect:

• Dynasty Financial Group (English name) has been renamed to DFG International Brokerage, and its Chinese name changed to 匯霸尊尚理財.
• Dynasty Family Office (Chinese name) has been renamed to 匯霸尊尚家族辦公室.

This rebranding reflects Dynasty Holdings’ increased commitment to its international brokerage business, strengthening its network of global brokers and expanding brokerage services to cover major financial centers worldwide. It will enable enhanced asset trading capabilities and optimized institutional brokerage solutions.

The new names reinforce the “Dynasty” brand and highlight our integrated resources. All existing services, contracts, and client relationships remain unchanged, with the same teams delivering seamless support.
