The new Mainland shareholder joins the Group in the hope of leveraging on the strengths of both sides in Hong Kong and China, combining resources in the areas of customers, personnel, network and expertise to develop a wider customer base, further consolidating the Group’s business development in the Greater China region, and creating a win-win situation for both sides, thereby laying the groundwork for even closer cooperation between the two sides in the future.
